Welcome to Sweepclean! These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for using our website and services.

Services Sweepclean provides professional cleaning services for residential and commercial properties in South Africa. Our services include general cleaning, deep cleaning, post-construction cleaning, and more as outlined on our website.

Customer Obligations Customers must provide clear access for our cleaners to carry out the services. Any areas that need to be cleaned must be free of obstructions. Customers are responsible for the safety of our cleaning staff while on their premises.

Bookings & Payments Bookings can be made through our website, by phone at +27 64 775 5976, or by email at info@sweepclean.co.za. Payment is due at the time of Booking unless other arrangements are made. We accept cash, credit cards, EFT payments and mobile payments.

Cancellation Policy Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations may be subject to a fee.

Damages: Our staff takes great care, but accidents can happen. Sweepclean is not liable for any pre-existing damage or normal wear and tear. Damages caused by our staff will be remedied or compensated for.
